Diploma in management - awarded by The Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM)
Programme outline

These ILM certified programmes offer candidates a choice between a fully distant learning programme and a blended learning programme. Both delivery options use the elearning system accessed via www.hrd-online.com

To receive the ILM’s full, or introductory, certificate participants must complete:

  1. a minimum of 220 learning hours – 45 for the introductory certificate
  2. work based assignments = 7 including 1 oral presentation (1 wba for the introduction certificate and 5 – inc an oral - for the IMQ)
  3. a management report of between 4000 – 5000 words – full only
  4. a minimum of 5 Personal Development Plans – full only
  5. a summative Continuous Professional Development Plan – full only
  6. an individual interview with the external verifier – full certificate
  7. the compliant learning segments for both certificates


NB1:
ILM or external assessment references only relate to framework courses and these are only delivered in the UK. An equivalent International Management Qualification exists for worldwide delivery.

NB2:
Course candidates are expected to complete their studies, knowledge tests and assignments in a timely manner, failure to do so may result in programme termination, and/or additional administration charges.
