These ILM certified programmes offer candidates
a choice between a fully distant learning programme and a blended learning programme.
Both delivery options use the elearning system accessed via www.hrd-online.com To receive the ILMs full, or introductory, certificate
participants must complete:
- a minimum
of 220 learning hours 45 for the introductory certificate
- work based
assignments = 7 including 1 oral presentation (1 wba for the introduction certificate
and 5 inc an oral - for the IMQ)
- a management report of between
4000 5000 words full only
- a minimum of 5 Personal Development
Plans full only
- a summative Continuous Professional Development
Plan full only
- an individual interview with the external verifier
full certificate
- the compliant learning segments for both certificates
| NB1:
ILM or external assessment references only relate to framework courses and these
are only delivered in the UK. An equivalent
International Management Qualification exists for worldwide delivery.
NB2:
Course candidates are expected to complete their studies, knowledge tests
and assignments in a timely manner, failure to do so may result in programme termination,
and/or additional administration charges.
