These ILM certified programmes offer
candidates a choice between a fully distant learning programme and a blended learning
programme. Both delivery options use the elearning system accessed via www.hrd-online.com To receive the ILMs full, or introductory, certificate
participants must complete:
- a minimum
of 160 learning hours 34 for the introduction certificate
- 10 work
based assignments, including one oral 1 wba for introduction
- a centre
assessed project of not less than 2000 words full only
- a minimum
of 4 Personal Development Plans full only
- a centred assessed summative
personal development record full only
- a meeting with the external
verifier full certificate and UK only
- an optional self knowledge
test
- 30 core and 20 other learning segments from 47 available for
the introductory certificate C2.2, C4.2, C10.3, plus 7 other segments, with not
more than 3 from any one module.

ILM or external assessment references only relate to framework
courses and these are only delivered in the UK. An equivalent International Management
Qualification exists based on the standard option.

Course candidates areexpected to complete their studies, knowledge tests and assignments
in a timely manner, failure to do so may result in programme termination, and/or
additional administration charges.
