Certificate in First Line Management - awarded by The Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM)
Programme outline

These ILM certified programmes offer candidates a choice between a fully distant learning programme and a blended learning programme. Both delivery options use the elearning system accessed via www.hrd-online.com

To receive the ILM’s full, or introductory, certificate participants must complete:

  1. a minimum of 160 learning hours – 34 for the introduction certificate
  2. 10 work based assignments, including one oral – 1 wba for introduction
  3. a centre assessed project of not less than 2000 words – full only
  4. a minimum of 4 Personal Development Plans – full only
  5. a centred assessed summative personal development record – full only
  6. a meeting with the external verifier – full certificate and UK only
  7. an optional self knowledge test
  8. 30 core and 20 other learning segments from 47 available – for the introductory certificate C2.2, C4.2, C10.3, plus 7 other segments, with not more than 3 from any one module.

NB1:
ILM or external assessment references only relate to framework courses and these are only delivered in the UK. An equivalent International Management Qualification exists based on the standard option.

NB2:
Course candidates areexpected to complete their studies, knowledge tests and assignments in a timely manner, failure to do so may result in programme termination, and/or additional administration charges.
