The elearning system has been designed
to provide ALL the necessary underpinning knowledge for the workshops in an integrative
manner. In this respect development is continuous i.e. ebriefings are periodically
upgraded and new ones are created and added to eprogramme levels.
NB2:
We offer the following delivery options with worldwide application. Each option
uses the HRD Online learning delivery system for underpinning knowledge, learning
bites and work based assignment assessments are delivered electronically direct
to individual participants.
Level 2 and 3
NB3:
These are illustrative options only as many permutations are available
options b, c and d are for corporate group bookings only.
- Fully distant learning full and introduction certificates giving a fully
online learning method except that participants also need to submit a videoed
presentation for assessment for full certificate candidates.
HRD Online
CPD hours required Level 2 a minimum of 65 spread evenly across all modules
(22 for introduction certificate candidates). Level 3 a minimum of 160 spread
evenly across all modules (34 for introduction certificate candidates)
This
is the cheapest option best used where participants have difficulty in meeting
perhaps due to shifts or working at different locations
- Facilitated learning full and introduction certificates - the programme
commences with a half day group face-to-face induction, followed by 4 half day
progress review sessions covering assessed elements and other matters arising
from the programme of learning.
HRD Online CPD hours required
Level 2 a minimum of 65 spread evenly across all modules (22 for introduction
certificate candidates). Level 3 a minimum of 160 spread evenly across all modules
(34 for introduction certificate candidates)
This is a cost effective option
best used where individuals would benefit from direct facilitator and colleague
support and encouragement.

- Coached option 1 full certificate only - an intensive five
day workshop for skill enhancement but with learning content selected by the client
from a spread of Modules and Segments but with ILM compliance.
This option enables corporate clients to customise a programme and thereby regulate
time, content and cost criteria.
HRD Online CPD hours required a minimum of 40 for Level 2 130
for Level 3 - spread evenly across all modules.
This option is perhaps
best used where clients wish to separate the assessment process from the learning
process, i.e. have these processes managed by different ILM approved tutors.
- Coached option 2a full certificate - a modularized
programme of 4 workshops for Level 2 skill enhancement, - 10 for Level 3 - i.e.
one for each module interspersed with 5 half day progress review sessions
HRD Online CPD hours required a minimum of 40 for Level 2 100 for
Level 3 - spread evenly across all modules
- Coached
option 2b introduction certificate - a modularized programme of 4 half
day workshops for Level 2 skill enhancement, - 6 for Level 3 - i.e. one for each
module interspersed with 2/3 half day progress review sessions.
HRD
Online CPD hours required a minimum of 10 Level 2 16 Level 3 - spread
evenly across all modules.
NB4:
All options for Level
2 full certificate conclude by traveling, at an appointed time and to an appointed
place (within their country), to sit an assessed knowledge test.
NB5:
All options for Level 3 full certificate conclude by meeting the ILMs external
verifier (does not apply to IMQ students) at an appointed time and at an appointed
