Workshops where required may be supported by: - a

- tutorials and feedback on syndicate
studies and presentations

- Case studies, games, role plays &
other group activities
NB7:
Programme directors
and their course sponsors may develop,
customise and tailor presentations and workbooks as required for local legislative,
cultural and client content requirements, produce pertinent case studies &
role plays, and procure relevant videos.
NB8:
Tutors
must maintain a log of segments covered by workshops see Appendix 10
provide a workshop assessment form (if required by the client) see Appendix
5 and maintain a workshop attendance register see Appendix 11.

| NB9:
workshops workshops range from a half day to five day durations
dependant upon client requirements i.e. it is left to the
clients and/or the programme directors discretion to decide which
segments should be selected and how much classroom time should be devoted to ensure
the programme gives best fit with corporate and individual learning needs.
NB10:
workshops - are designed to promote an understanding
of the application of theory within work via a variety of group studies to enhance
personal skills wherever possible. All workshop sessions will therefore be highly
participative and content and the scheduling of content can be flexible to meet
participants specific learning needs.
NB11:
workshops - also provide an opportunity to discuss the course and clarify the
modules elearning content, and to present and review PDPs, WBA presentations
and project work (informally) and get peer and tutor feedback, i.e. it is designed
to maintain momentum, motivation and consolidate the application of learning within
the workplace. NB12:
Residential events can be
