in First Line Management, or a
- Level 3 S/NVQ in
Management depending upon their circumstances

qualification at a suitable level within or outside the National Qualifications
Framework as appropriate to their needs

Successful completion of the Certificate in Team
Leading provides eligibility for Affiliate membership (AInstLM) of the Institute
of Leadership & Management.

This ILM certified programme offers candidates
a choice between a fully distant learning programme and a blended learning programme.
Both options use the elearning system accessed via www.hrd-online.com

receive the ILM's certificate
participants must complete:
- a minimum of 65 learning
hours
- a short, centred assessed presentation
- a centre assessed mini-project
- a centred assessed
knowledge assessment compromising 20 short-answer questions in examination conditions
at the end of the course
- 12 core and 8 other learning
segments from 15 available
- a minimum of 4 Personal
Development Plans
