These ILM certified programmes offer candidates
a choice between a fully distant learning programme and a blended learning programme.
Both delivery options use the elearning system accessed via www.hrd-online.com
To receive the ILMs full (or introductory) certificate participants
must complete:
- a minimum of 65 learning
hours 22 for the Introduction certificate
- a short, centred assessed
presentation (full only)
- a centre assessed (external for framework) mini-project
(full only)
- a centre (external for framework) assessed knowledge assessment
compromising 20 short-answer questions in examination conditions at the end of
the course (12 for International Management Qualification)
- 12 core and
8 other learning segments from 15 available (introductory = T3.1 + 5 other segments
with at least one from each module)
- a minimum of 4 Personal Development
Plans (full certificate only)
| NB1:
ILM or external assessment references only relate to framework courses and these
are only delivered in the UK. An equivalent International Management Qualification
exists based on the standard option.
NB2:
Course candidates are expected to complete their studies, knowledge tests and
assignments in a timely manner, failure to do so may result in programme termination,
and/or additional administration charges.
