Within this system we have allocated a
total of 46 ebriefings to the four modules that collectively cover 25 out of the
27 segments. NB3: Each participant needs to select those
ebriefings they need to study to achieve ILM compliance. For the full certificate
participants
are required to complete the first 3 core segments plus any 2 others within each
of the modules i.e. only 20 segments need be studied.
VRQ
segment references have been used in this description for convenience - see Programme
information 2 course segments for details of VRQ / IMQ segment links. NB4:
Each segment is expected to take a nominal 3 learning hours.
Participants must register their selected ebriefings upon successful completion
the participant will be awarded CPD points and a record of achievement will be
posted to their HRD Online Training Results.
In
support of each module is an optional online knowledge verification test.

| Each
module has 30 learning days and a maximum of 10 days to sit the optional knowledge
test. Should participants achieve less than 50% they will have a re-sit opportunity.
The time required to complete the Full programme can range from between 26 and
52 weeks. To help guide participants through the programme
the system will dispatch emailed instructions that will notify participants what
stage they have progressed to, what is expected from them and how long they have
to complete that stage.
NB5:
For blended learning programmes workshops may be completed at any time
please see your tutor and/or course sponsor for dates. The
systems Continuous Professional Development records must be completed for
4 work based applications (see Personal Records). Completing the in-built
Personal Development Plan is optional and recommended. See Appendix 1 & 2 NB6:
The PDP (Customise Plan) is to document a work based action plan before
executing a change, or development, or assignment initiative - whilst the CPD
record documents learning outcomes and benefits following execution. NB7:
These records are only required from candidates doing the full certificate |
