Throughout tutors will ensure that participants
receive personal support to resolve any difficulties they may encounter, and we
will encourage them to provide honest and open exchanges about their needs, feelings
and views. For blended learning programmes we recommend
each course nominates a participant as course champion (or chair person) i.e.
someone who can assist the tutor in the general administration of workshops and
mentor participants. Tutor
support will be provided to give feedback on work based assignments, project and
project presentations, and the use of the systems PDPs and CPD records.
In addition tutors will monitor participants use of the HRD Online system
and provide email, as required

| Assessment
forms for blended learning options covering, for example, course content, tutor
effectiveness, learning styles and methods and course administration etc, will
be provided to each participant so that views can be recorded in private. It is
the clients decision on whether this form should be used and if so whether
daily, periodic or as an end of course feature.
Course
tutors, client sponsors and line managers can all gain access to participants
HRD Online training records to assess Training Needs, current ebriefing registrations,
Training Results, PDPs, and CPD records, and thereby follow up on workshops
and elearning to support participants best endeavours in putting into practice
all that has been learnt. The centre programme leader
will engage in periodic communications with participants, and the programme sponsor
and course champion to determine whether the programme is realising corporate
and/or individual objectives.
