2. Dealing with subjectivity

  • being aware of your own subjectivity
  • arriving at soundly-based selection decisions with the support of all parties
  • influencing the selection decision

3. Interviewing skills

  • questioning techniques for gathering information accurately
  • how to create the right atmosphere for an interview
  • role-playing a selection interview for each participant, with a feedback and analysis session following each interview.
