The recruitment consultant
performs a key role as the interface between different sets of interests. The
role involves dual responsibilities to organisational clients on one hand
and to individuals seeking a placement on the other. This course concentrates
on reconciling the needs and interests of these different parties and the ways
in which recruitment consultants interact with clients, HR managers and candidates
throughout the entire recruitment process. In addition it identifies the techniques
used by some of the recruitment industry's top performers.
The course is appropriate for anyone in a recruitment/HR
role and anyone who uses the services of a recruitment agency. It
is particularly useful to existing recruitment consultants and those wishing to
extend their understanding of recruitment practices to provide an internal service.
