This programme helps
those new to training to make an effective contribution to the training and development
of others in a practical and systematic way. It gives trainers the basic skills
and knowledge needed as a foundation on which they can later develop the specialist
skills of identifying training needs, designing, delivering and evaluating quality
learning and training interventions.

All those who are required to conduct off- or on-the-job
training, whether on a full-time or part-time basis, in industry, commerce, private
or public sector. For newly-appointed professional trainers, this module can be
regarded as a foundation course from which to progress to higher training qualifications.
Familiarity with PowerPoint is an advantage but not essential.

in which e-learning can be resourced and managed
