Identification
& analysis of training needs |
|
When training
misses the mark more often than not the fault lies right at the begining
in the correct training needs analysis. This programme is designed to enable participants
to identify training needs at an organisational, group and individual level, in
a way that supports the corporate strategy and takes into account current and
future needs, and human and cultural factors.
This course is suitable for those responsible for the identification
of training needs on an on-going basis at organisational, group and individual
levels within their own organisation |
By the end of the module, participants will be able to:
- describe a wide range of methods for identiying and analysing
training and learning needs at organisational, functional and individual levels
-
appreciate the contribution of a range of sources of information, such as business
plans, reports and accounts, and mission statements when identifying learning
needs
- take account of the different needs of the
stakeholders in the process
- identify the factors
to take into account when analysing and reporting on information gathered on potential
training and learning needs
